Shipping, Refund and Discount policy

Note on Shipping:

We will pick, pack & ship goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order. A tracking code with live tracking will be sent via email. Please allow for extra shipping time due to the high volume of Aus Post and Couriers during Covid-19. We apologise for any delivery delays out of our control.

Returns

We offer exchange on items within 14 days of receiving, we do not offer money back returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us on info@thymeclothing.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange.

All products must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with tags attached. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer (we recommend including tracking). For health and safety reasons, cosmetics and swimwear products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Postage of an exchanged item will incur a $10.00 shipping fee. 
Once received we will issue you store credit or exchange less the original shipping cost.

Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes discounted items and special offer discounts.

Returns are accepted within 7 days. Items must be unopened and in its original packaging. Store credit is applied for returns or exchanges up to 30 days. Jewellery & Swimwear – all sales are final. Sale items are not returnable.

Any damaged items must be photographed and emailed to us within 2 business days of receipt of the item. We will replace it with a new item if possible or issue a refund.

Faulty or recalled goods can be returned for a full refund.

Discounts

Discount codes are not valid on any sale items unless stated otherwise in sale terms and conditions.
