Measure your bust:
Measure around your chest from under your armpits, where you are largest.
Remember to keep the measuring tape relatively loose so as not to press your breasts in. The measuring tape must sit at the same height all the way around the body.
Measure your waist:
Measure your circumference with a tape measure after a relaxed exhale.
Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom edge of your ribs. Your waist is midway between the two points, regardless of whether your navel is above or below.
Measure your hip:
Measure the hip approx. 20 cm down from your waist at the widest point and make sure the measuring tape goes straight across the rear.
